This project is on hold, as the MTO started refusing to register and
licence electric conversions sometime in February, 2010. This change in
policy was not accompanied by any offical announcment, and the only way
I know of it is through the efforts of the EV community. There is rumur
of an offical annoucment scheduled for the summer season.
